To second this, I should mention that you may get in touch with the St.
Thomas church folks
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/St.-Thomas-Kirche_%28Berlin%29. If they
allow you to place a Wifi installation at their tower, you'll be in luck
regardless of any other tall buildings nearby.
