[Berlin-wireless] Mögliche Routerspende

Ich habe mit Arvid telefoniert und bin jetzt der offizielle Kontakt für
Freifunk Berlin. Arvid sammelt noch Informationen und meldet sich dann nochmal
bei mir. Sobald wir alle nötigen Informationen haben, würde ich dann einen
Vorschlag zum Prozess machen, der auch andere Communties ggf. einbindet.
