[Berlin-wireless] CPE510 v2 und CPE210 v3: eth0 instabil, wechselt random up / down

...es scheint ein bekanntes Problem [3][4] im OpenWrt-Master-Branch zu sein. Ich bau gegen 19.07.3 und schaue, ob das das Problem behebt.
