[Berlin-wireless] CPE510 v2 und CPE210 v3: eth0 instabil, wechselt random up / down

Scheinbar sind auch NSMs betroffen

Das Gerät liegt hier auf dem Tisch und lief problemlos unter Hedy1.0.6.
Der unten gezeigte Zeitpunkt nach ca. 300 Sek. Uptime hatte ein paar Events, 
danach war erstmal wieder "Ruhe" ....
