[Berlin-wireless] IP-Adressvergabe nipap und DB = Problem

Hallo Berlin Admins

Auf dem config.berlin.freifunk.net läuft der IP-daemon nipapd nicht
mehr. Das DB-Schema muss aktualisiert werden - und irgendwas mit den
postgresql rechten ist schief.
