[Berlin-wireless] FFF 1.0.7

Hey (sorry for english, but I'am too lazy to write twice),

made a small bugfix version of Freifunk-Firmware-1.0.7 available on 
http://styx.commando.de/sven-ola/ipkg/

These are the fixes:

- With the OLSR update to the actual CVS version, I missed a dependency to 
libpthread in the "dyn_gw_plain". For this reason, 1.0.6 does not correlate 
default-gateway and HNA4 correctly, because that plugin does not load 
without libpthread installed. This is fixed.

- Have complaints about HNA4 dropouts here and there. Added a simple 
hysteresis into the cron script. Only if two successive traceroutes fail, 
HNA4 is switched off.

- Added /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 to freifunk-removed-from-openwrt.ipk to ensure 
Whiterussian compatibility. Just install prior to using any Whiterussian 
packets.

- http://openwrt.org/ipkg is not valid any longer. Made a mirror available 
and changed /etc/ipkg.conf accordingly.

Tip1: To have the HNA4/OLSR-Updates is is sufficient to run "ipkg update" 
and "ipkg install freifunk-olsrd".

Tip2: Corrected the URL for Linksys Sources in the CVS Version. CVS is one 
version ahead without any warranty - we are in the middle of changing HTML 
for Webadmin. Expect glitches if you compile for yourself.
