Hey,

that versions should all run together. But not if nodes/routers are placed 
in the test lab / room. Try to get some space (1000 meters or so) between 
olsr-0.5.5 and olsr-0.5.6 like it's normally in a real-world-mesh. Which 
should automatically remove that behaviour. To be fixed in olsr-0.5.6-r3 
(hopefully soon).

bacwards compatabibility is attempted but not always 100% guaranteed.
We do have large networks which always have some old olsrd running
somewhere. So. *if* there is an issue we do get a report most of the
time.

yes, that is a well known bug in 0.5.4 and 0.5.5 - actually that is
one of the reasons for 0.5.6 if I recall correctly.

Please update those nodes.
