but this has been backported to 21.02 today ...
I personally expect delayed connection setup for dual-homed peers, as every 
freifunk-node is IPv6 enalbed by default, but most of them lack the IPv6 
uplink. So resolving will work, then IPv4 connection is used after IPv6 
connection-setup timedout.
But it's an easy to change-back config-option in case will be annoying like 
outlined.
